By submitting my registration, I understand that there are inherent risks with the activities I am participating in. I agree to follow all rules and regulations described to me at the time of the event and are inherently present for the safety and well-being of all participants, instructors, myself, spectators, and the facility. I may be discharged and held responsible for any and all damages caused by my actions. I agree to hold harmless The State YMCA of Maine, it officers and directors, the instructors, the participants, and all others for any and all damages that may be caused during the time of the training. If my conduct and/or abilities are not adequate for certification &/or passing of the course, I understand that I will not receive credit for attending the sessions here registered for. Pictures of me taken during the event may be used on social media and other marketing material.
